I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and kind, making me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, with both the room and the bathroom being super clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa area which was nicely done. The breakfast and dinner provided were delicious and plentiful. I was highly satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.

The location was really convenient, close to a lot of attractions. the spa was great with free bathrobes and the pool was lovely. there was a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner.

The room was quite noisy and decor wasn't very romantic. the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom needed a little overhaul.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is great with easy access and parking. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. The food served for breakfast and dinner was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were provided with bathrobes. The wellness/spa area, although small, was well designed and offered a relaxing experience. We would definitely come back here again and highly recommend it to our friends.

I spent my New Year in a hotel with a great location, close to the thermal baths and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of food choices. The spa area was very relaxing and I was able to enjoy a great massage.

Although the hotel was great, I was not happy with the room service. They forgot to refill our water bottles and when we asked for more, they took a long time to deliver them.
